She is also qualified therapist, accredited Coach-Supervisor, Workshop Designer/Facilitator and Coach and has held eight positions on a voluntary basis, as well as holding various Community Development positions. She has also been trained in Job-Search Skills Coaching and offers career consultancy for Crown Worldwide Group and Passport Career.

She has a special interest in supporting working parents, to more effectively optimise their energy, enabling them to 'juggle' more successfully and teens who are struggling with productivity and motivation.
Aviva is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She was one of the founding members of The Coaches Forum and the Coach Supervision Forum. She works as an Executive Coach and Leadership Facilitator across the corporate, NGO and government sector as well as practicing as a personal Life Coach.
